In 2025, the Southeast Asia Workshop on Aerospace Engineering (SAWAE) and the 11th International Seminar on Aerospace Science and Technology (ISAST) will be combined into a single prestigious event, bringing together researchers, academics, and industry experts in aerospace engineering and technology. This joint conference aims to enhance collaboration, foster interdisciplinary discussions, and provide a comprehensive platform for sharing the latest advancements in the field. By merging SAWAE’s focus on regional aerospace research with ISAST’s broader international scope, the event will offer an enriched experience with diverse perspectives, cutting-edge insights, and expanded networking opportunities.
The committee cordially invites submission of unpublished research papers in the following areas. Papers in other related areas to aerospace field are also welcomed.
Kindly use the designated paper template for your submission. You may format your paper according to your preferred publication type. For SAWAE 2025, there are two available publication options, each associated with different conference fees.
Each submitted paper should ideally be at least six pages long to ensure sufficient content and maintain a high-quality standard for publication. While authors may select their preferred publication type during submission, the final decision will be determined based on the peer-review process and the specific requirements of the journal. Authors will be notified of the final publication type after the review process is completed. For submissions to the Scopus-indexed Journal of Aeronautics, Astronautics, and Aviation (JoAAA), final acceptance will be subject to an additional review by the journal, beyond the initial evaluation conducted by the conference’s panel of reviewers.
Given the anticipated length of the review process, participants intending to submit their papers for publication in the Scopus-indexed Journal of Aeronautics, Astronautics, and Aviation (JoAAA) are strongly encouraged to submit as early as possible. The review process for each submission will commence as soon as the conference committee receives the paper.
All paper submissions must first be uploaded through our online submission platform via the link provided below. Authors are required to register before submitting their papers. For those submitting to the Scopus-indexed the Journal of Aeronautics, Astronautics, and Aviation (JoAAA) or BRIN Springer please select the appropriate section: “Journal of Aeronautics, Astronautics & Aviation,” or “BRIN Springer,” accordingly.
